This driver really warms me up! From the moment he got in the car, he greeted us with particular enthusiasm, offered to chat and greet us, and intimately asked me if the temperature inside was right. The driving was particularly steady, it made people feel safe, and I was reminded of the beauty along the way, as kind and natural as an old friend. The room was clean and tidy, there was no smell, even the details were well taken care of. Being particularly familiar with the route not only didn’t take a detour, it saved me a lot of time. To meet such a thoughtful and professional driver is a particularly enjoyable travel experience, must give five stars praise!

Used Ober for our transfer from Keflavik Airport-Reykjavík. As a group
Used Ober for our transfer from Keflavik Airport-Reykjavík. As a group booking for private transfers it worked to a good price and our driver Said was excellent.He gave us good advice for visiting Blue Lagoon: if you have an afternoon flight, go to Blue Lagoon first and then go to the airport straight from there, to save from spending money getting back to Reykjavík. He gave us a good price for private travel and was very friendly and helpful!

Felt compelled to write about this company. My 4 sons were let down and had to book a taxi
Felt compelled to write about this company. My 4 sons were let down and had to book a taxi from the Airport to their accommodation same day, which I had to do as they were travelling. I googled multiple taxi companies in Reykjavik, and this company gave easily the best rates, so I gave them a go. They have a chat option on the website and talked me through my now urgent booking. The flight landed 2 hours late but Ober were tracking the flight and were there on time. I would 100% recommend this company if you require transport.

The Ober app on my phone did not work because my sim card did not permit texts, and the
The Ober app on my phone did not work because my sim card did not permit texts, and the Ober app could not dual authenticate my account by another route. However, using the Ober website I was able to order an Ober private car from KEF airport to Reykjavic, and that worked great since the driver used WhatsApp to meet up with me at the pickup point in the small KEF airport.

Highly recommended and will definitely use again. Great service from start to finish, Jakob (our driver) was in touch almost immediately after I booked our transfer from KEF to Reykjavik. He kept us updated and endured our link up was smooth and easy. The car was a beautiful Tesla, neat and exquisitely clean. As we drove from the airport to our hotel, he pointed out sights of interest along the way so the time passed quickly. Bottom line: I will seek to use Jakob any time I am traveling in our through Iceland. Highly recommended!

Excellent new rideshare-type service in the Rekjavik area! Similar to what the name suggests, it’s an app-based transfer service with competitive pricing and service that is far better than the overpriced, unfriendly taxi cabs. We had the pleasure of having the same driver to/from the airport a week apart and we had the best service and most interesting conversations! I highly recommend Over and look forward to using them again on our next trip to Iceland!
