Ober Ride Service, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below is our refund policy, which applies to all bookings made through ober.is:
Cancellation and Refund Guidelines:
- Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before Service:
- Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.
- Cancellations Made 24 to 48 Hours Before Service:
- Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Service:
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- No-Shows:
- No refund will be issued in case of a no-show at the time of the scheduled service.
- Force Majeure:
- In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather or natural disasters), Ober Ride Service will offer a full refund or reschedule the service without additional charges.
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used during booking.
Modifications:
If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. We will do our best to accommodate your request without additional charges, subject to availability.
